Modding in AW still?

I'm pretty sure this guy in the alliance were facing is modding. Thoughts?

    U aren’t allowed to call out players due to privacy policy. Also nothing seems too out of the ordinary. LoL has been done with a 4/55 SL (who has awful pi btw)
