Actually, neither since both are long-time villains. I believe Sabretooth has some redeemable characteristics that make him more of an anti-hero, but Omega is historically criminally insane and psychologically unstable.

As far as in game, both are definitely above average. Omega awakened with a high sig level is perhaps one of the best in game, especially if you run suicide masteries.
