Missing purchase

I purchased the pyramid storm cavalier crystal pack from the unto store and have not received my items. I received an error that it hadn't processed yet. I have been charged but I have not received my 5 cavalier heset crystals or my 1000 6* shards or my 30% buffs. Obviously to say the least I'm not very happy being out of pocket by almost £50 to receive nothing at all.
