Do we get back gold and ISO used during the exploit? If not, why?

Hi,

I had some stuff removed from my account because I unknowingly got them from the exploit. The catalysts were returned when they ranked down a champ but the gold and ISO wasn't. All of that was completely legitimately earned and to lose so much gold and ISO will take ages to recoup.

I completely understand and agree to the removal of resources gained from the exploit but surely the legitimately earned ISO and gold should be returned? You're punishing the players for playing the game normally.

    Shrug who knows, my guess is that it's all gone no matter how you got it regardless of if you recived it after the exploit ended though I could be wrong it may take a few days for them to return them if they further investigate

    I don't buy what kabam mike said for a second since people can make mistakes but won't know for sure until you contact support though you might be waiting for awhile since they didn't respond yet

    If you legitimately played normally and unavoidably encountered the exploit, I would recommend opening a ticket and if support doesn't resolve the issue to your satisfaction contact one of the mods privately with information including the ticket number.

    If you did anything to leverage the exploit outside of normal game play, in any way however minor you think it was, I wouldn't hold your breath.

    Just submit a ticket and wait and see, in a few days people may get all the resources that they used back as they are still going over it.

    Actually just wait opening ticket isn't going to be that helpful
