Incursions issue

My first time posting here so sorry for doing anything wrong but let me get to the point. When in incursions and when 1 person is looking at the daily mission or any mission and the other person starts the game, the person looking at the missions will not be able to enter. I have tested this multiple times with my friends so if kabam could give an answer that would be great

Used to happen with Dungeons before as well. Click on Objectives or Events button in corner, and sometimes would cause all sorts of refresh problems seeing the Dungeon map (or even your partner) again, or from being able to click to continue to next Room, etc.
