Anyone else having these problems with recruiting?

Need to know if any one else has had this issue when posting a recruitment or looking for alliance post.
Whenever I click on a user looking for an alliance I get the same problem. I find people looking for gold or platinum alliance but they barely qualify for silver. These guys are worse than homebuyers on HGTV and those folks are looking to buy a mansion with a rubber band and some string while working part time making pencil erasers!
That said, I'm not selling a mansion of an alliance but it has 3 bathrooms 🤣🤣
Gold level alliance running map 5 and getting some great rewards. Looking for a few actives to replace some not so actives.
Need members who use line
Skilled enough and have right champs for map5 AQ and gold tier war
Us based time zones
Prefer doing AQ and AW
And if you cant tell by this post, be able to have a laugh with us.
