Units missing

I had 4895 units before my rank up (today 20 April 2020) and 10-15 mins later I logged in and saw that I have 1895 units now.

I don't know how that happened as I did not purchase any in game offers or crystals.

I have submitted a ticket. Can someone else tell me what should I do?
