Accidentally purchased a deal after 5* opening

What to do in case you accidentally purchase a 5* rank up deal after opening a 5* crystal? The items are unused.

How can I ask for a refund as the amount was for 3000 units. It's a very huge amount for a f2p like me. I would want to use those units for my content progression.

Please help me out.
