How good is BLADE without being awakened??

I have a 4* blade and I am working on being uc , so I want to know how good is blade without being awakened and I want to know that should I rank him or not.If he is useful, please tell me how to use him.Thanks in advance.

He still has his AAR against dimensional beings(+ villains with GR synergy), as well as being able to bleed on command using parry(helpful to keep thing rock stacks in check). So overall still OK, but just he won't be able to heal himself.

Very good solo, unduped.
Fantastic with Ghost Rider and SE Spidey.

I used him to get uncollected and he is my best option for 5.4.6 ultron (with GR and spidey synergies)

he won't regain thats it. He's still amazing. Honestly unawakened he's still beyond god tier lol
