And why are you using Loki against v2 2.1 Carnage?

At least use an L mystic champ if you need it for the gate.

In your second picture, Carnage has no BUFFS...he has PASSIVES.

Each have very specific meanings in this game. Loki can only steal buffs, he cannot steal passives.

It looks like you were able to steal his power gain buff. You can tell the difference between passives and buffs by looking at the icons themselves. Buffs have a white circular border (like around the power gain on Loki) while passives have no border like the physical resistance, armor, and power gain icons on Carnage. That's also a passive armor break on Carnage (breakthrough node?) because it has no white border. Armor break debuffs have a white border around them.

To reiterate, Loki can only steal buffs and is unable to steal passives. There's no bug here.
