I got my 3rd ever 5 star champion earlier this morning, my other 2 are Thor (Jane Foster) and Dormammu, this morning i got Green Goblin and i play well with him. who is better out of these?

As far as your 5 stars, who is best is comparing apples and oranges. They all have certain uses.
GG has a healing mechanism and probably highest damage potential*.
Dormammu has immunities and power control.
Jane Foster can stagger buffs and has the ability to chain stun. *Awakened she also might have highest damage potential of the 3 with guaranteed crits while the opponent is stunned.
Your 5 stars are all pretty OK.
GG has regen and power burn(i think). He's a solid champ and would be annoying on lower tier war because of the regen.
Dormammu has degen, immunities, power drain, incinerate(according to the bozos who put dormammu on +40% incinerate potency)
TJF is kind of a meme, but she's not that bad. Apparently she is a good GM counter, but you are certainly not at that level yet. She has stagger and some weird stun-chain mechanic that I never read about, but it's there and it works 40% of the time.
Overall, could be worse, could be a lot better. Focus on your 4 stars
