Having problems in communication

I'm phasing a weird problem.
Inside the game chats. I can't send text to another player because of it I can't play incursions with my friends. I'm having a hard time with this problem please help me.

If those steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible you're unable to use the in-game Chat as a result of having received a temporary or permanent Chat ban.
