pro player bug

I was told by support to comment on forums and so i do. Why do we keep seeing pro player bugs shut down. Kabam you don't seem to be great at programming champions correctly and with tons of flaws "bugs". These have devastated my account since pre 12.0 and i have had no reimbursement or parity for this. Unless you recognise this is what you are doing your game has no future. I quit until you can understand this. Been playing 5 years. Thanks.
