Ghost bugged variant 3.3.1?

I'm trying to 100% variant 3. The evade path is obviously terrible. I tried using ghost to remove fatigue debuff but it didn't work. Is this a bug or intended?

    Ghost can only remove Dot debuffs not just any debuffs

    Try doing one hit combo with ghost. Since ghost critical cannot be evaded it is the best way to use against evade champs.
