Item Use Warning Message

Is there any way to turn the warning message that pops up when using items, such as awakening and sig stones, back on? I have come close to using my 4* generic awakening stone a couple of times when going in to turn on an arena boost. I am using iOS and have tried to logout, remove the game, and reinstall, but that does not turn the message back on.
