Taking first 5 star champ to rank 5

I am almost able to take a champ to rank 5 but not sure which. My options are between Claire Voyant, Stark Spidey, Thing (All of which are unawakened) or my the champion sig 99.

    Spidy is great for going in and getting the job done quick. I love mine :)
