Lost Connection Bug

Hello, from the begining of march i have an annoying issue with the game...after 2-3 fights its disconnecting...it crushes after all fights...i lost a lot of heroes in aq and aw...it says "lost connection". It realy gives me nervs...it does this in every type of event....what is this all about? And why nobody does anything to fix this? I'm sick of losing half of life in aq and aw...defeat nodes, and then fight from the beggining because of this bug...please...do something about this.... my ingame name is EduardPLM. Unfortunately, we're unable to respond to everyone's report in that thread. However, we really do appreciate the help as we work to make the game perform better on as many devices as possible.
