Alliance teammate wrongfully banned please help

My alliance member was wrongfully permanently banned, they were switching through accounts between themselves and their partner and they logged in the next day but then found out they'd been banned. They have went to kabam support and tried to get their account back but all they got was an automated message. Please help them they do not deserve this.

You do realize sharing of accounts is against the Terms of Service, right? Either way they’re not going to get help here, as the forum isn’t the place to discuss such actions on player’s accounts.

I understand you cant share accounts and that the anti cheat system recognised this as cheating but im just asking that kabam understand it was them sharing with their partner. NO cheating involved
