Is the help 4 button broken?

I hit the help 4 button and all it seems to be doing is helping 1 person at a time, is it like this for anyone else??

Yes, it works for a while then starts doing said issue.

It breaks from time to time. Restarting the app has worked for me

It hasn't worked right since it came out. Not sure why Kabam hasn't focused on fixing it. But there are many outstanding issues from months ago that the community really needs an answer on. I hope Kabam starts focusing on fixes rather than new content.

When it doesn't work, it's because the help being requested has already been helped by other alliance members, if you leave them there for ages it will stay there, but in reality all the helps have been done by other members.

Restarting the game just makes them dissapear
