To change my email

I would like to change my email and i requested to kabam and they sent me a bunch of questions that i dont even remember its been years and i dont have any way of finding out info like when did i create my account etc. I would like to talk with someone from kabam please because my currently used email is being hacked and i need to change my kabam email before anything happens to my mcoc account so please let me!

Unfortunately, nobody in the forum can help you. You need to handle that with the support team. Usually it's questions only you can answer such as your first purchases.. for that, for example, you could check your purchase history in the play store if you're on android.

i agree but i do not have the same google play store accounts to keep track of my purchases so i dont know exactly how many years ago i made my first purchase

Try signing in through play games account (the main email), while in game that way u don't have to change your email and still save your data.

I had the same problem and after reaching kabam they asked those questions which I can't be able to answer in any way.
One of my alliance mates told this way and it worked for me.
