Featured or Basic

Which one should I go for. Basic has really good champs but also has more bad champs, features has limited good champs but limited bad.

Featured is always a disappointment time bomb.

Basic, especially because this featured set is one of the worst ever.

My general rule is if you're still building your roster, go basic. If you're just looking to add the newer champs and getting the worst in featured won't bother you, then go featured.
