    Neither of them are worth a gem, unless you want to place them on AW defense

    Both are good in their own ways. Sabretooth is good on enhanced regeneration nodes. Iceman preferably needs a high sig level to deal as much coldsnap damage to the opponent as possible. I still wouldn’t awaken them unless you already have namor, omega, colossus, domino (better defender), sunspot, or havok awakened
