4* nexus crystal

I have opened 4* nexus crystal, before I could choose character game rebooted. After reboot I couldn't not find Nexus crystal or new character. What should I do?
I bought crystal with dobaloons.

    Send a message to support.
    They will likely give you a list of 3x character's that would come out of that crystal, and ask you to choose one of them.
