He means Unstoppable Colossus and yes they already have with a removal of his fury cap and a new synergy with Red Guardian. It won't make him Colossus level but at least he'll be somewhat fun to play and semi suicide friendly.

Even if the only change they made to him was giving him the same immunities, he would instantly become at least usable

Just as they did with Colossus and many other champions, who happened to be used again, Colossus Unstoppable also deserves a change. At least the immunities at incinerate, cold waves and ice burns, which due to its organic steel skin, made it intrinsic to it, should be added.

unstopable colossus is useless
no damage , fury buff only last a few second
