who to focus on next

this is my current roster and i’m not sure who i should focus on. i completed act six and every varient except for the ultron one. so my question is who should i rank up?

mainly used doom for the grandmaster

Depends on what you're looking at. If war guily 2099 is the best option at the moment. For act 6 exploration SS is good against probably the hardest fight
