Where are you trying. Also how isn’t it working. Very vague need more detail

ive killed him 3 times and still couldnt claim the reward card

Ive experienced the same thing. I’ve beat him twice now, in normal, which should not matter, and no keycard.. this update is buggy as sh**.

i completed quest 1 beat sunspot and did not unlock the key card

I dueled a Sunspot and got the key card

Same thing was happening to me. Closing and reopening the app fixed it.

Someone theorized that if you are already running the game when the time comes and new objective drops (1pm Eastern, 10am Pacific) that it may not count right away.

Suggested that you Exit and RE-OPEN the game first (after new Objective is available) before going to fight/defeat the Target each day.
