Which class awakening gem should I use my chronometer on?

Assuming that both awakening gems show up in my rifts. Which class should I go for? My goal is to get Cavalier. Please bare in mind that I do not have any synergies for Ghost at 5* or above level.

I have a total of 87 sig stones (including class and generic) I can chuck into Ægon if I choose to awaken him.
