When attacked Wasp has an 8% chance (additional 25% when duped) to purify a bunch of debuffs including coldsnap then shrink to evade.

Like @Mattyy said, she has a chance to purify debuffs then evade, which you can clearly see that she did.

Wasp shrugs of coldsnap when evades and is only champ that evades while coldsnap so shes very unique in her on way with that ability

avoid at all costs.

Just think it this way
When she procs evade, she will purify dot debuff, meaning you can’t stop her evading by coldsnap
