Kabam Customer Support Incursions Daily Challenge Bug
Kabam, your customer support is legitimately terrible.
I have sent 4 seperate tickets now regarding my 10 units I want refunded, just to be sent the exact same generic email each time.
Issue:
I had 2 incursion daily objectives, clear 3 rooms in incursion 6 and clear 3 rooms in incursions 7.
Due to the objectives not completing despite me clearly plenty of rooms, Kabam sent a generic email suggesting I reroll them.
I rerolled the incursion 6 one for free as intended, however when I went to reroll the incursion 7 one it cost me 10 units.
I want a refund.
More to the point, if the incursion objectives are bugged, why are they still obtainable as I obtained a incursion 7 one today?!
