Who to awaken?

So I have several 4*'s that I can get awakening gems for, and I'm not sure who to go for (I can get 3 or at max 4 awakened). So they are:
Dr Doom
Hyperion
Symboite Supreme
Void
Spider Man Stark Enhanced
Guillotine 2099

I also have Colossus, Cull Obsidian, Venom, Morningstar and Star-Lord and numerous others in god tier.

I am trying to make a start on Act 5 so please take this into account.

    Spider Man Stark Enhanced, Void and Hyperion are your best options to awaken as they benefit the most from their awakened ability. Morningstar awakened is also a great option but it'll take a few fights for her to really ramp up and you've got to be quite skilled at playing her.
