Who to rank up?

I'm stuck on who I should rank up next. I'd like to complete 6.2 and tackle the variants.

    If you’re interested in doing Variants, it’s hard to argue with Sentinel. You’ll get a lot of mileage from him in Variants 2 & 3.

    There are a lot of great champions you could rank up, i'd say first Nick Fury then Corvus Glave, then either symbiote supreme, sunspot , ghost, or sentinel(only for the variant).
