Domino cant link first medium into specials

Is it just me or it actually seems impossible for Domino to combo her first medium attack (the one with two hits) into her special attacks, especially her sp2?
Anytime I try to use her sp2 right after her 2 hit medium, opponents always succeed blocking it

Sometimes when I do Aegon's 2nd medium (2 hits), it doesn't chain properly into a special, meaning the opponent blocks the special attack.

Similar with IMIW (I think) 2nd Medium (although that is at least separated a little longer in time.

For double-hit ENDING Medium, just execute the SP early enough that you are foregoing the 2nd hit of the final Medium (so 1st hit then SP), or just finish with Light (MLLLL) instead for those double-ending M.

For Domino, why not just do an ML before SP (instead of single M) ?
Even when hitting into their block to try and bait a return SP from opponent, I will hit their block with Domino's ML before backing up (instead of just M). Easier to get into your normal rhythm doing that,

Why do you assume it is a bug, the hit has 2 parts and thus throws the timing off afterwards, including the opponent’s recovery timing.
