In all seriousness, just because someone pays for something, doesn't give them rights to said product. No mobile game you make purchases in owes you anything or right to demand stuff.

To say they haven't changed anything is simply false. Most recently, they made changes to act 6 rewards after the feedback from the community. They listen to us way more than you realize. You can't see it because of all the stuff you think the game needs. Not all suggestions are good suggestions.
Oh my god this has to be the most nonconstructive, unnecessary comment I have seen on this forum. People who spend on this game have every right to have a say in how the game is functioned. Even those who don't spend. Kabam is the producer of their product and we are the consumers but some consumers may not enjoy the product as much as others so they should be able to voice their opinion. In "all seriousness", what was the point of this comment other than to shut someone up?

Just because you spend money, doesn't give you a say in anything. Do you go to a retail store making demands to change something? No you don't. You have every right to voice an opinion but that's all it is. Paying for goods in a game doesn't give you any special privilege. Kabam will take feedback into account and make changes how they see fit but in the end, they are going to do what they feel is best for the game. Spenders aren't stockholders and if you consider yourself a customer, customers are not always right.

As I am not yet in end game content and only in the beginning of act six and in no way an endgame player, my current experience is fantastic, but I am severely disappointed with the direction the game seems to be going for me(going into act six) and for end game players(going into act seven/book two)As many people have said act six is where the game takes a dumpster dive into a flaming pile of poo

If you're going to do market research for Kabam, you can't derive much value from a binary poll and categorical data. Use a likert scale with interval data so you can do statistical analysis. Include demographic information to hold all other things equal. It's impossible to avoid selection bias from the forum, you're going to need a better sample. Even a net promoter score would be better than yes/no. If you're going to do their job, at least get paid for it.

Yeah I think you’re right, I am uncollected, started a year ago and it has been a pretty sweet ride for me, I have my first r5 5* and soon I have another one due to the glory store update, overall it has been pretty good for me as a new player
