Best way to grind units?

I recently ran out of units and have grinded my soul away in the arena but was wondering is there any other way to get units other than grinding hours away in arena for units to buy them or just get lucky in the free crystals?

    I meant To grind out revives 🤦🏻‍♂️. I’m such an idiot.
