Stark Spidey - Poise Charges

Has anybody noticed issues with their Stark Spidey? Playing with him just now only getting poise charges when I evade an attack sporadically

What are you talking about will - o-wisp? What is his ability? Gaining poise charge when he evade/dex opponent hit. This should be guaranteed on every successful evade.

The poise mechanic has a 0.80 second cooldown after each trigger, that might be what you’re experiencing
