Kabam support response time

Anyone having delayed response times from kabam support. I put a ticket in yesterday. It’s been almost 24hrs and still no response to the point where I’ve just sent in another ticket. Anyone else having this problem?

    Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days , I recently contacted them. For my 1st ticket, they took around 2 days and for all my next tickets they contacted within hours. Don't keep sending tickets if u already have sent one. Just wait for some time, they will contact u.

    The problem is I’ve got my champs stuck in the quest I’m wanting support with, so until they get back in touch with me, my champs are locked into this quest. They say 24hrs when you send a ticket. If there’s any possibility that it’s going to run later than that, then they should be giving us a heads up

    Well there is a pandemic on so be patient, they’re probably understaffed at the moment as it is

    It was also a holiday. Common sense says it may take longer than usual. Kabam also says don't send multiple tickets because that can slow down your response time

    Please be patient and wait for a response from support. Sending additional tickets about the same issue can slow down the process.
