Plz help me to find out which champion I have to do r4 so that can help me to complete Act5.

medusa will help a lot with the 5.4.6 ultron boss, but she's fine at r3 if your relatively skilled. Although its really clear that you should rank up Quake unless you are horrible at playing her. If you are, well then get good at her nd then rank her up. She should probably be your next r5 when you have the resources to as well.
