How do you guys get tier 4 catalysts fast?

I'm stuck on ranking up my Medusa to 5/50 but I still need 1 more tier 4 cosmic catalyst? When ever I do the daily quests they give me 400-500 shards at max.

    Count glory store, and the T4cc shards obtained from EQ.

    It’s really slow at first, just keep doing monthly event quest 100% and participate in alliance quest. It gets to a point where you’ll have 1000s of shard crystals and dozens of full catalyst crystals you’ll never use

    I'm not able to do uncollected yet, I'm still trying to do Master 100%.
