Dr Doom talks to Namor in a fight

I was playing arena the other day and when I was fighting doom with Namor I got an interesting interaction
Text was appearing on both sides)
Doom was saying what is that shell on namors... costume I guess
Namor was telling him to leave it alone
Then Doom says he can’t tell him what to do and a TOOT text appears
I believe doom takes the shell horn and blows it 😂

Is it only certain type of attacks, etc, that you get this interaction in game fight ?
Tried a couple times and didn’t see it.

Would be good to add to the “How many Easter Eggs” thread.
