Map 4/4/4 (thinking of testing 5/4/4) Gold 3/2 alliance looking for boss killers

Map 4/4/4 (80m+), Gold 3/2 (3 BG war during season, 1 BG during offseason) alliance is recruiting boss killers. (preferably NA time zones) Very active alliance that is always good for 500k in the summoner advancement event, sometimes even 750k. Currently, there are no donations in place. We are looking for people with a prestige of at least 6k, the current average among the alliance is 5,996, and we are looking to grow that.
Requirements- must be active, good communicator, and MUST be able to take out bosses on map 4. AQ is always mandatory, as is AW during season.
This alliance is also part of a 5 alliance family that has a map 5/6 gold 2 alliance, a map 5 plat 3 alliance, a map 5 gold 2 alliance, and an alliance for beginners. Many who join the family often do not leave, and just step up/down depending on the situation.
