I would like to talk with a Supervisor, GM, GA, anybody from the support that can help me escalating my issue that is keeping being ignored by all your staff in different tickets opened by me.

As I wrote up, I already opened several tickets and they keep ignoring my request saying and asking me things totally out of my question.
( And closing tickets randomly )
