because i cant attach video here so i have attached the screenshot where spiderman is evading against venom

    Venom needs his buff in order to ignore evades.
    5.2.3 has buffet which removes the buff, hence he can be evaded.

    Notice that Venoms anti-evade buff isnt active. Thats why Spiderman is able to evade him.

    The moment i saw the title i knew what mistake you made. As they mentioned above venom needs his klyntar buff ON to ignore spidey evade, which it looks like buffet ate away your klyntar buff
