Venom needs his buff in order to ignore evades.
5.2.3 has buffet which removes the buff, hence he can be evaded.

Notice that Venoms anti-evade buff isnt active. Thats why Spiderman is able to evade him.

The moment i saw the title i knew what mistake you made. As they mentioned above venom needs his klyntar buff ON to ignore spidey evade, which it looks like buffet ate away your klyntar buff
