{OBTB2} New Sister Alliance Needs Members

OBTB2: Electric Boogaloo needs members! We just started this sister alliance a few days ago in an effort to build a strong community of players. It's not a feeder system or a tiered setup. There are no promotions or demotions. This ain't your dad's sister alliance.
OBTB2 will likely run 3x5 for the foreseeable future and is looking for new members in the 100-175k PI range. Rewards should be consistent. But mainly you'll be joining a strong and informed group of players that you can learn from and grow with. Why limit yourself to 30 teammates when you can have 60?!
