Thor/CG vs. Iceman

Can someone explain why does OG Thors armor break act differently than CG's in interaction with Iceman?
While CG can stun with parry/armor break, Thor just breaks the Ice armor but doesn't stun him... Its the same mechanism right?

Not the same mechanism. CG breaks the armor and stuns on well timed blocks so both debuffs are applied at the same time while Thor stuns first and then the stun breaks the armor

Nope believe CapIW works similar to CG well timed block
