Roster help please.

Who should I upgrade? I just got uncollected. I have 14 generic t4s. I figured to save 6 for cmm but don't know where to use the other 8. Not sure where to get cosmic t4, besides glory store*which is random classes, right?), though. I hope to get cosmic ag from rifts for cmm.
