Ant man buff idea

So at the moment ant man is a very below-average champion, however I have a few ideas as to how to make him very good.
Passive - glancing
Ant mans suit offers a 100% chance to glance all attacks, lowering offensive ability accuracy by 100%. Glancing attacks can not be critical. Skill champions are too accurate and so Antman cannot glance attacks coming from them. When an attack is glanced or is countered by a well timed block he gains a micro-charge
*this means that he is a very good defensive option, luckily he has the whole skill class as counters against him
Passive - micro charges
When Ant man has a micro charge he gains complete control over his ants and all of his attacks are critical and have a 50% chance to apply a poison debuff dealing 50% of his attack over 10 seconds. When Antman finishes a combo with either a 4th light or 2nd medium he loses a micro charge. When ant man has a micro charge his special attacks are unblockable

Passive - ant distribution;
Ant man can either have his ants around him or his opponent, heavy attacks switch their position
When the ants are on Ant man - +10% critical damage rating for every Poison on the opponent in this mode ant man is also immune to reverse controls
When ants are on the opponent - all damaging debuffs on the opponent are paused. In this mode the opponent cannot reduce Ant mans ability accuracy.
Passive - well timed blocks
When AntMan glances an attack into a well timed block the attack does 0 damage
*works great with his heavy dependent abilities
Special 1 - on the last hit attack rating is increased by 100%
Special 2 - all ants transfer to the opponent, if the ants are already on the opponent gain +33% of your maximum power.
Special 3 attack - if the opponent is a size S character, +50% special damage, if the opponent is a size M opponent, +100% special damage, if the opponent is a size L opponent, +150% special damage, if the opponent is a size XL opponent, +200% attack.
*when ant man shrinks the size of the opponent matters, pressure and all that.
Signature ability - micro reflection, when an attack would glance reflect +100% of the damage that would have been done (works on the parries, the higher the attack the more damage retributed)
Synergies;
Tiny friends - with Wasp - All champions: all debuffs are 3 seconds longer
Enemies? - with ghost - Ant Man: all poison debuffs gain +20% ability accuracy
Avengers - with falcon, Captain America OH, Iron man OG, Thor OG, Hawkeye, Black Widow OG: all champions - 50% chance to glance incoming attacks.
