SHOCK DEBUFF FALL OFF ON WASP

I was fighting wasp in variant 1 with imiw.and the shock debuff did not last and it fell at half the time without her evading she can only purify the debuff if she evades but she does not even evade and the debuff FALLS OFF on one try it said immune ans it was not even applying on wasp. Is this a bug or is it designed this way???
