Why no 5* wolverine, thor, scarlet witch, etc?

I have read that kabam "has no plans" on releasing those champions as 5*.

Why is that? I fail to see any understandable reason.

Is it that they will be available in the coming 5* arenas?

These are main Marvel characters, how can bringing 6*s be justified if these will never have a 5*? Yet there are other characters I had never heard of with a 5* and to be fair way more OP than these are now.

Not being funny, but it does need to be addressed with valid reasoning...

There valid reasoning can be as simple as "We don't want to." They don't need to justify their actions or need a valid reason for doing so.

That's not really valid reasoning though, I mean out of all those only wolverine would be amazing. The others were nerfed badly, think all the 5* champs there are now and abilities.

These could easily be added with nothing game-changing gonna happen.

They could bang heal block on hard quests to counter Wolverine if they are that worried about him being OP

Hey everyone,i think the reason lies on the idea of Kabam letting 5* champs sig.abilities get to lvl200.I mean as we all know 5* champs have stronger sig.abilities than 4*(at least as they get close to the 200 lvl),so thats a problem when it comes to champs with percentages on their sig.abilities like SW and BW!SW at lvl200 would have nearly 100% chance to proc her buffs/debuffs while BW will get closer to the unwanted 100% defensive ability reduction...that kinda the thing with wolves too.I believe they are not afraid of their 4/55 versions but of their sig level 200 versions.....

I believe they should found a way though to create 5* versions of them,although i don't how they can avoid those overpowered scenarios!

Maybe they Could make them have exclusively sig99,But coupled with their 5* Raw Strength, Their Sigs would be a little bigger that the 4*s,And some of the 5* exclusions are kinda dumb.

This is why SW won't be a 5*, imagine her not being nerfed that bad with Diminishing returns and challenger rating and imagine the attack, this available to the community makes kabam piss them selves.

Yeah, some of the arguments for why a select groups of champs can't be a 5* when I pulled a 5* Hyperion from my last crystal.

I have a hard time believing the "too overpowered" statement when plenty of other champs that are wrecking balls in this game like Star Lord, Hyperion, and Iceman are all available 5*. Gimme a break.

Not to mention VooDoo, AA, Magik, Blade....Should I keep going or are we really gonna say that Wolvie and Scarlet are the only "too OP" for 5*?

I agree as most of you say that there already exist even better 5* champs than wolves,sw,bw etc.But i would add a couple of things:

-First of all someone can easily claim that those champs already in 5* crystals require some kind of skills to perform as godly as they can(yes i know most of you can do a 200 streak with SL,as i can too, but still it needs skills,plus if you do a mistake you are at 0 again)!From the other hand BW could possibly decrease def abilities at nearly 100% just with enough sig stones or dupes as a 5*!

-Secondly,although i know how much we all dislike the idea of nerfing champs,i still believe that the very OP champs should get a slight nerf.!What i mean by that is,x-23,rogue,wolvie,iceman are 4 near god level champs but still having all 4 of them you would be wondering which one to upgrade since they are all good and each one is different,but no-one in my opinion is OP.From the other hand lets say you have Hyp,angela,Drax...the choice is obvious and its Hyperion he can do everything the other 2 do in a far better way and even more!The same goes for SL,stark spidy and ultron...ultron is a very good champ but the other 2 champs are just insanely good to even consider ultron as a 4/55!

I know i am getting of topic in the second statement,but its something really important in my opinion! I do love the idea of champs able to perform at a near god level when played right,but when you create a champ thats way to good and even at multiple things(snarky,hyp,maybe GP) then thats makes the rest champs less of choice for anyone!!!

Wolverine I don't quite get because we have x-23. They're nearly identical but 23 is the stronger bleeder while wolverine has the stronger base damage and health.

So other top tier champs that did get a 5* have it because they don't have the ability to deal out 30k damage in 1 special or a 10 hit combo. You don't see a 5* pheonix for this very reason.

Hyperion disagrees with your statement.
