Looking for active strong players who communicate and are active team players

We are 30 now but need to replace a few uncooperative members who can’t seem to play a team game.
War 2 BGs finished Silver 2 but should be finishing Silver 1 or Gold 3.
AQ 3 BGs Map 5, 4 and 3. Need stronger players that play team game. We should be playing 554 but with a few changes we can get there.
