Ghost Procing precision after triple crit sp1

Phase, quick sp1, produces 3 critical hits but when she lands, she has 3 precision and can't phase again. Sp2 is working as intended. I was in 6.1.5 power struggle getting, relegated to sp1 and getting wrecked.

Her sp1 gives her 3x passive precisions, as stated on her abilities

I thought those are consumed by the special 1? Maybe its been that long since I used sp1.

No, you consumed the 1 passive when you phased and threw a SP1. That meant that all hits were critical. However, the SP1 generates 3 passives at the end of the attack guaranteeing the next 3 hits critical, meaning that you can't phase until those passives expire or are used up.
